Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to meet new people that are traveling for coffee or drinks. It would be wonderful to share with others that have different perspectives and ways of thinking so we can learn from each other. It would be fun for me to be a tourist with couch surfers as i myself still have so much to see in nyc!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Italy and had the most amazing experiences ever. I met wonderful people and they let me into their lives which was so much more meaningful than being a tourist that had no personal connection to the city/country.

Interests

I love anything and everything that is artistic like music, dance, photography, etc. I love traveling and going out to concerts, eating and cooking good food, and drinking wine. It doesn't really matter what I do as long as I'm around good company.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie films like Amelie, little miss sunshine, the artist.

I'm open to listening to all types of music but I especially love A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, D'angelo, Corinne Bailey Rae, Amy Winehouse, The Internet, Kendrick Lamar, and anything Jazz or Hip-hop :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered in Italy without knowing the language to teach English in middle schools.

When I was 13 years old I lived in Korea for a year to learn my mother's language.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach me Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese! I would love to learn more about your culture as well as sharing my own with you!

I can teach you to play guitar and teach you how to do a pirouette.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a couch available which can turn into a bed :) I love to cook and it would be nice to share meals and connect with conversations as well as doing activities in the very fun NYC!
