I am 28 years old. I grew up outside Chicago. Decent student and was captain of our school Lacrosse team. I attended Northern Illinois University for electronic music, and I became a DJ, playing in some of the best nightclubs in Chicago. I also started my own wedding DJ company, Armour Productions. I did graphic and web design for many nightclub or bar/restaurant establishments throughout this period. In 2014 I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my music career at attended Icon Collective Production School, where I was the in the top of my class. I got a job working at one of the best clubs in the world, Avalon Hollywood, where I climbed the ranks to become their Artist Hospitality Manager. I took care of some of the biggest DJs (and their guests) in the world, some of which received upwards of $100k for a 2-hour performance. Through working at Avalon, I was able to save some money back up (after spending it all on school I was nearly broke). I decided to reward myself by attending a "voluntourism" trip with Bamboo Tours. We went to Thailand and Cambodia, where we took care of rescued elephants, visited temples, helped build a school, library, bathroom- and best of all, I got to teach English to some young kids (you can see in my profile picture). This is what really opened my eyes to the rest of the world, and was the first time I had ever left the United States. Now I got the travel bug.
