Hello Couchsurfing Community!
My name is Kyle Baily. I am from Huntington Beach, California, United States. In June of 2016 I graduated from University and began travelling. For 4 1/2 months I hitchhiked around the Western U.S and Canada mostly exploring national and state parks. In 2017, I hitchhiked across all of North America visiting the Eastern U.S and Canada. I traveled 20,000 kms thru 30 states and provinces in Canada.
Now in 2018 and 2019, I am travelling for 15 months thru EVERY COUNTRY IN EUROPE. I will be doing this mostly on my bicycle! I am so excited to see and learn about each country I visit and talk to as many people as possible. I am documenting my journey thru Europe on my instagram, and facebook under the name: @NextMileKyle

Volleyball and surfing have been a big part of my life growing up close to the beach in Orange County, but I am sacrificing that life to explore. I am mostly vegetarian at home but am always open to trying new foods in each country. I earned my degree in Geography/ Environmental Studies and am also very interested in subjects relating to history and politics. Kyle
