Although I have never actually stayed with someone (im usually working while traveling so I always get an airbnb) but the local people I meet have been amazing. You see a different parts of the city that only locals know about.

The other aspect of CS is meeting up with fellow travelers! They are just like you and want to explore with you. haha I've meet some crazy fun people, and their stories are always so fun to hear.
