Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My girlfriend Shena and I are just starting out on a year long adventure through Central and South America. We want to meet interesting locals who can offer us a personal glimpse into the countries we visit.

Interests

We love everything but especially travel, art and music. Shena is a painter and a travelling tattoo artist and I am her faithful assistant. We love the outdoors and exploring new worlds.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's impossible to choose our favourite music but City and Colour, Hayden, Sigur Ros, Thievery Corporation, and Angus and Julia Stone are a few of our favourites. Shena loves movies that are a little on the strange side like Cold Souls, St. Vincent, and Tree's Lounge while I prefer Sci Fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I jumped off a 100ft cliff in the Rocky Mountains but I hope to have many more amazing adventures in the coming year. Shena has travelled the world for the past ten years and has plenty of stories she could share.

Teach, Learn, Share

Shena has a degree in psychology and is an artist, an English teacher, and a tattooist. I'm a handy man to have around and good at fixing stuff. We are a great team :) We are also studying Spanish and speak some Mandarin and French.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are a cute couple who are always joking around, fun to talk to and easy to be around. We love art and tattoos and are making our mark everywhere we go. We are good at cooking and cleaning and will happily do our part.
