I recently moved to Canmore to spend more time in the mountains. I spend most of my time outside. I am an avid rock climber and runner. I also mountain bike and hike a bit.

I lived in my friends house for two years and be frequently hosted couch surfers. I really enjoyed meeting new people and helping them experience the Bow Valley.

I'm usually pretty busy on weekends, but I am happy to point you in the right direction for any hikes etc.
