I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania from 2012-2014 teaching Math & Physics in Dodoma. After hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2015 I spent a year in Micronesia as PC Response volunteer then worked for IOM doing rehabilitation work in response to Typhoon Maysak. Now I am a Bridge Corps fellow volunteering for Bridges to Prosperity. We build pedestrian bridges in rural areas so people have access to schools, markets, health clinics, etc.
