I grew up in the heart of San Antonio, and I have recently noticed the huge change happening. The city is transforming and it's enjoyable in every aspect, from being able to sit in a nice and quiet restaurant or waltz down the street to a bar for a drink. Years back I most likely wanted to leave the city and now cannot see myself living anywhere else.
I enjoy spending most of my days outside riding a bike, or sitting under a tree reading a book. Most of the time you can find me doing one of two things as well, drinking coffee or enjoying a nice beer.
I make coffee both for a living and for fun. I work as a Barista at Local Coffee which is a small company here in town. I enjoy reading all things about coffee and soaking in as much knowledge as I can. I can geek out about coffee all day if you let me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

New things are always fun to do!
I have a few friends who have been part of the couch surfing community for some years now, and the surfers I've met through them have all been interesting people.

Now I am wanting to partake in this myself.
One thing I would like to accomplish while being part of this, is seeing as much of the world as I can. I hope to one day see everything I want and more. I need to start somewhere.

Interests

Riding bikes and doing bike things is my favorite thing to do. Taking my dog out on a walk or ride. Drinking coffee, eating great food and enjoying other beverages. I love sitting out in the sun and soaking as much energy as it gives. I like to stroll down the Riverwalk and ride down the Mission Reach trail. Recently, looking for ways to have better health standards. Actually, standards in general.
I enjoy having a nice conversation whether it be over time theory or just about the bird flying overhead.
I like to think I can sing, but really I just enjoy playing bass.
Lastly, I enjoy good company from great people.
