About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To do everything, once, and twice if I like it.

ABOUT ME

My name is Kyle and I am an interested observer of all things. I love to travel and study, go new places and try new things. I thoroughly enjoy long, deep conversations about anything and everything (as long as a bottle of something is involved). I also love having people come stay with me. Its great to be able to show someone around a place you know so well.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life fully. Don't compromise yourself. Do it all once and twice if you like it. Give everyone a chance. I live my life to further the well being of others. I love people of all sorts and backgrounds. I am especially interested in people's beliefs and thoughts about a wide range of topics from philosophy, religion, economics and politics. http://meaningtheft.blogspot.com/

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to host people when I have a place to do it. At the moment I am between living situations and hopefully in the near future I will have a solid couch anyone can sleep on. Until then I will promote the hell out of Couch Surfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far. I need someone to let me come stay!

Interests

Philosophy, sports, reading, travel, music, alcohol, discussion, late nights, absurdity, and all around silliness.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Anything philosophical or of serious interest, things that have been researched to the nth degree, religion, anything theoretical, and a lot of fiction. Music: Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Mumford and Sons, Folk music in general, most things catchy or dancey, but I tend to find music that is corporate unappealing and uninteresting. Movies: everything by David Lynch, Monty Python, weird awkward dirty comedy, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Brazil was probably the most beautiful place I have traveled to thus far. I would recommend it to anyone able to go there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have some knowledge in philosophy and English, as well as contemporary art. I love both philosophy and art and hope to keep learning more throughout my entire life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil

Countries I’ve Lived In
