I officially caught the "travel bug" during an international work assignment in Chile. Ever since, I have been searching for ways to connect with internationals wherever I travel to. I also keep a close lookout for cheap flights abroad to continue exploring.

Inspired by the hosts I've had throughout South America, I also hope to be as hospitable a host to you!

Música, películas y libros

Music is a huge part of my life. I love listening to just about anything from classical piano to metal and everything in between. Country music has become the more recent music love in my life.

Growing up, my family had the tradition of watching movies together on Friday nights. We would make a visit to Blockbuster, grab some popcorn and a movie, and head home for a fun evening! Today, I continue to watch movies, but not as frequently. I have enjoyed getting outside more often and staying active.

One of the most amazing things I've done is snorkel around Easter Island! The waters were so blue and the history behind the island was inspiring. I highly recommend that you visit this remote island.
