ABOUT ME

I love this site and have met some amazing people through my travels both on and off this site. I have found you can have deep and meaningful conversations with anyone at any time; yes I am one of those “chatty Cathys” on airplanes and will try and have a conversation if the other person is receptive. I value my time way more than any dollar amount. One of my biggest passions is personal development and I am fully on the path to becoming my ideal self.

I have an extremely wide variety of interests. I am a huge nerd at heart. Picture the guys on the big bang theory, and that is me – yet only a small part of me. I consider myself quite outgoing as well. I love going to raves, parties, pub crawls you name it, but one of my favorite past times is karaoke! I was a finalist on an Alaskan Princess cruise so I have a decent set of pipes. ;) I also enjoy the outdoors and physical activities. It doesn't always have to be extreme like bull riding or bungee jumping; I love skiing, hiking, camping, biking, but I absolutely cannot stand running! While I do enjoy the wild and crazy times, I probably prefer just relaxing at a local cafe/bar and having a meaningful conversation. I have traveled extensively, volunteering on a reserve in Ecuador, studying abroad in Spain and getting to see a lot of Europe, and performing in a Symphonic Band on a small tour of the South Pacific. I am not your stereotypical nerd, and I love adventure and trying new things. I am down for pretty much anything!

Hiked the Grouse Grind in jeans and doc martins - do NOT recommend (the clothes part, I DO recommend the hike itself!) :p
