CURRENT MISSION

Currently my wife Carrie and I are embarking on a 2 month road trip across the United States. We are leaving our home and Florida, selling nearly all of our nonessential belongings, packing up the tent and heading out. Our plan is to head west first toward our home town of Houston, Texas. After that we are going to be visiting as many states and national parks as possible as well as developing our web design company and blogging along the way. Our main mission is to see parts of the US that we have bypassed before and just enjoy this giant beautiful rock that we all co-inhabit! (Plus, a LOT of beaches!)
We want to meet new people, fellow travelers and future friends along the way.

ABOUT ME

We love the beach and anything related to it; paddle-boarding is at the top for sure. We usually aren't into the party scene and are pretty relaxed but enjoy having some friends over to hang out or have a drink (especially wine). We live life to its fullest within our means and are perfectly content with it. And we love Doctor Who; points if you are a Whovian!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love traveling and hosting equally. We like meeting new people and want to travel more, so we are looking to build up some friends and connections for later. There's nothing like the advice from a local and sharing stories and experiences.

We believe that CS is an awesome tool for travelers when used the correct way. CS shouldn't just be about a free place to stay; it's about so much more. It's a network where you can explore and meet people who you ordinarily wouldn't come in contact with. You'd be amazed at the stories some people have.

Interests

Picked up and moved nearly across the country to start over with the love of my life :) (sappy but true).
