HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love anything physical and outdoors. Love to see and learn new things.. If I can't speak a language I will try to have someone help or communicate in other ways- like through emotion. Or if all else fails having a couple beers always eases the tension and seems to allow anyone to communicate through a universal language of humanity. I try to contribute my knowledge of plants and natural healings through herbs and crystals.

California White Sage- Also known as Salvia Apiana. It is a perennial herb native to the Southwestern United States and Northern Mexico. This herb has been used for ages as a natural purification incense and cleanser. Many native tribes of this region held this herb very dearly as it helps clear negative energy in a space and to send out very pure vibrations.
White Sage is a natural expectorant; meaning that it helps cleanse the body (mainly lungs) by expelling the contaminations- whether they be metaphysical or physical. The leaves and stems can be burned to release the cleansing smoke; or a tea can be made as well. Apparantly drinking the White Sage can help with cleansing your insides as in times of sickness or during a women's menstrual period. I can provide more information on this herb if you are interested.. I can also help you obtain this herb, as I wildcraft it whenever I am in my hometown.
