I've been married for 7 years and have wanted to see the world. No kids, so the wife and I are seeing what we can experience while she is still in school.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now my wife and I are trying to meet new people when we travel, and host if anyone is needing a place to stay while in Texas.
We are just starting to branch out internationally and it would amazing to have other cultures brought into our home.

I am a geek and/or nerd. (I do work in IT...)
I love video games, Star Trek, and pretty much anything having to do with electronics ranging from TVs to cell phones and cameras.
I love tennis and have been looking for a partner to play with again. (It's been 5 years since I have indulged in this hobby...)

Helped create a computer program to classify galaxies and galaxy mergers based on black and white pictures gathered by NASA. (The GEMS project)

I come from an American heritage while my wife comes from a Hispanic one. The differences in cultures has always interested both of us so we would like to expand our experience with other cultures. We would also like to share the little idiosyncrasies of our backgrounds.
