About Me

I'm currently a tour guide in New Orleans, specializing in ghost tours. I also have worked at various haunted houses around the country for the last five years. I know, spooky lifestyle. But, contrary to all that, I consider myself to be outgoing, friendly, and very enthusiastic about most things.

I love to travel and have been doing so since I was a teenager. I am lucky enough to take off several months a year to go somewhere new. I love to hear places that you've been and recommend, as well as all stories you may have as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been on this site since 2008 and some of my favorite experiences abroad and domestically have been through couchsurfing. Whenever I go somewhere new, I usually look for people here first before any other option. In my opinion, couchsurfing is the ideal way to stay.

Interests

I have a pretty wide array of interests, everything from participating in performance art to perfecting my fantasy football team. I have worked in politics, radio, and even data analysis. I am usually able to find something to relate to people about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taken ATVs through the sand dunes of Namibia, hitchhiked through Cuba, traveled around Siberia, and been in a Bollywood film. These are some of the most incredible things I've done. I love to swap stories with any and all who are interested...

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn how to cook better. I would love to practice my Spanish more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

An easygoing attitude, buying some rounds of beer/alcohol/tea, stories of travels or New Orleans ghosts.
