Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Deciphering the tomato flight patterns.
ABOUT ME
I have a fascination with airplanes and air travel, and an adventurous spirit that doesn't like staying in one place for too long. These things sometimes go well together. My current interest, and 2nd home, is in China.
PHILOSOPHY
"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing". -Edmund Burke
Also, I don't like saying goodbye, so don't be surprised if I don't. Last time I tried that I ended up 6000 miles away with the same person, so why even bother saying it?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy meeting up and showing people around, listening to stories and telling some of my own, and learning new things from interesting people. I love that amazing feeling that comes from finding a new connection, and really realizing that a goodbye doesn't have to mean forever. The last time I said goodbye to someone from CS, we ended up 6000 miles from where said goodbye.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have meet many interesting people through CouchSurfing! The most memorable experience lead to staying at a rural farmhouse outside of Beijing, and a long hike on a mostly unknown and quite remote section of the Great Wall.
Interests
Travel, Chinese culture + language, photography, nature, landscapes, people watching, third world countries, undeveloped societies, pub quizzes and coffee shops!
Music, dancing. Wine with fish, not with Sprite. And, I have to say, I love GUO BAO ROU!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music. Somehow it shakes and moves my soul, the base shaking, the treble stirring. Each beat is a new meaning, and new place, and a new time.
I like dance clubs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The moment I walked out of the airport the first time I left my home country. Life's been amazing since then.
