All kinds of delicious and different food and drink from all round the globe. From horse meat dumplings in Mongolia, to fried rattlesnake in Arizona; the best pho of my life in Vietnam to the amazing mediteranian flavours in Spain and Italy. I almost forgot to mention the amazing food experiences I've had in my new home Copenhagen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding horseback through the Mongol steppe at the height of winter, stupidly cold but incredibly beautiful. All the wonderful people I met and meals I shared on the Trans-Siberian Express. MY first encounter with a bear close up and in the wild in the Great Smokeys.
