I live at an ecovillage with 75 other folks in rural Missouri. We're exploring alternate ways of living lightly on the earth. I enjoy natural building, gardening, hosting folks foran experience that goes beyond just a "hippie summer camp."

I love living at the ecovillage, but I enjoy seeing the world and meeting interesting folks as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My partner has started doing 3 month travel nursing assignments. I travel with her, but have a converted van that I use to tour the region. I could see the sights solo with my van, but I want to meet people as well! I'm interested in getting to know you, hearing your story, comparing life notes. Would be happy to cook or clean in exchange for your company (access to a shower is icing on the cake :) ).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Let me be your butler! I've got time and I'm happy to use it to "pay it forward" to interesting folks who are busy plugged in to their local scene. The easiest way I can serve may be to cook, but I'm open to helping out however you need. Could be odd fixit jobs around the house (have a few power tools), grocery shopping, cleaning, yardwork, walking your dog, etc.

I'm not a gourmet chef, but I can turn out some tasty meals. Can accommodate almost all diets.
