Overview
About Me
I'm 24, I've been living in Austin since I graduated college and have been primarily working with and empowering youth. I'm traveling from Austin TX to the pacific northwest solo in a journey of freedom and a reconnection with nature. I plan on visiting the Mojave, Marin, and Klamath national forest on my route! I'm interested in listening and learning from new people and creating new friends along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd love to create a community of people along the route to share this spurt of growth with me!
Interests
I am inspired by communal living, I feel like it's exactly what the world needs right now. I'm also dedicated to personal growth and meditation. I am always observing and learning from the people and things around me so i would love to meet people that are open to sharing

Music, Movies, and Books
I love old blues, Nina Simone in particular, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Childish Gambino!
I have Kurt Vonnegut's self portrait tattooed on my arm, so you could say I'm a fan.
I just finished watching Chef's Table on Netflix and it's incredible and inspiring, if you haven't seen it I highly recommend.
As well as Moonlight! Such a beautiful account of real human life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've held a healing circle with 8 parolees from San Quentin Prison.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some of the energy that makes up the body! As well as youth, prisons, our food system, live stock, and my experience with different cultures.
I'm always interested in learning about land/nature, language, music and food.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A genuine interest in the wisdom and experiences you have to share. I can share knowledge about different cultures of the world and inspiration about humanity and nature that is truly always alive in me.
I love to work outside with live stock, in a garden, on land. Wherever you need some extra hands I'd be stoked to help. I can make some good tacos and actually enjoy doing dishes.
