About Me

I'm a Mum, a Grandma and a geek. This is an LGBTIQ friendly home. My house is 45-50 minutes from the Adelaide city centre by public transport.

I'm a family historian and a crafter. I love natural dyeing, crochet, basketry and felting. History is one of my big passions and I love researching my own family history and other people's. Member of Hackerspace Adelaide, Trinity Sistas, and Adelaide LETS.

I'm a quiet person, I don't go out much. I am happy to help guests plan places to visit and things to see in Adelaide.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm an active member of Adelaide LETS (Local Exchange Trading System) trading in community currency rather than cash so I'm already thinking along the lines of sharing, bartering etc to meet my needs, so I am happy to host women who are visiting Adelaide.

Also if someone could tune my piano for me I would be forever in their debt. Well until it went out of tune and then they'd need to come back for another visit and tune it again. :-)
