CURRENT MISSION

I left home at the end of last year and am on a travel mission through South East Asia. I have been super fortunate in that I have been able to pause along the way and teach yoga in some truly amazing places.

ABOUT ME

I was born in South Africa, spent my teenage years in Ireland and now home is Auckland, New Zealand. I am a keen traveller, a food enthusiast and I like to dabble with a bit of yoga.

PHILOSOPHY

Hmmm I think I'm still working on this one. As much of a cliche it is I think it's definitely important to keep an open always and a sense of fluidity in your opinions and ideals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm pretty excited about the trip I'm on at the moment. I've been able to explore so many beautiful places, eat tons of excellent food, drink the occasionally massive beer ;) and be apart of some incredible studios and retreat centres in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos.
