Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I live in a tiny flat so unfortunately I'm not able to host anyone but if you'd like to go for a walk or for a drink, then just let me know!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience is basically only limited to staying at my friends' places. But my own bed is a folding bed so I almost feel as a guest in my own home every night :P.

Music, Movies, and Books

Diversity is good. I like different kind of things but most likely I'm in the mood for some good sci-fi (such as "Look to Windward" by Iain M. Banks), indie rock (Phoenix) and visually stunning (but not too tear-jerking) movies("2046" by Wong Kar Wai). (The comments in brackets are just some examples. I like many different things.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* As a kid I raised a nest of wasps. My grandpa is a biologist and one day he brought home a wasp nest with maggots in it. Me and my brother, we took care of the maggots until one of them matured and started to build the nest and to take care of the others by herself. They were used to us from the very beginning so they were friendly. I really liked our wasps. :)
* Traveling in the middle of Russia WITHOUT a map, a certain plan and good language skills (it just happened). There were times I thought: "Well... you wished for an adventure - you got one. Now deal with it!" But actually I really loved this trip. :)
