About Me
I'm an undergraduate student studying law, psychology, and management at American University in Washington, DC. This year I'm studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science and I plan to travel, meeting new friends and sharing experiences along the way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In D.C. my housemate and I hosted a couple from Germany and it was an unforgettable experience. I had preconceptions about inviting strangers into my home, but I found it to be lovely, invigorating even. I was able to show them places I loved as a resident, rather than a tourist, which I think (hope) they appreciated. I hope couchsurfing abroad will grant me that opportunity in new cities because while I am a tourist, I'm looking to delve a bit deeper with locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all sorts of music and films! This is one of my go-to icebreaker questions, so let's geek out together in person.
Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, and Hayao Miyazaki are current, long time favorites. Any visual delight or deep character analysis? I'm in.
Music? Rap, hip hop/trap, rock (indie, lo-fi, psychedelic, and jam bands), electronic (downtempo and edm), funk, jazz, and experimental. I'm always looking for new music, so refer away!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Inappropriate Sign Language, subpar cooking, adequate conversation, and above average mixology. I have my priorities straight!
