Hi! My name is Salwa. I’m 33 years old and currently living with my family in Salé, near the capital Rabat.

I haven’t been active on Couchsurfing for quite a while, but I’m excited to be back because I’ve had such great experiences in the past meeting amazing people from different cultures and learning so much through those connections.
I love discovering new places, connecting with locals and travelers, and sharing experiences along the way. I’m an easy-going and spontaneous person, and I enjoy simple living and making the most of each day.
Since I live with my family, I’m not always able to host, but I’m happy to do so when possible. Otherwise, I’d love to meet up, show you around the city, or help with any tips and recommendations to make your stay more enjoyable. 😊

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I’m back on Couchsurfing because, while traveling and staying in hotels can be comfortable and convenient, it often doesn’t give you the chance to truly connect with locals. For me, the most meaningful part of traveling is experiencing everyday life learning about traditions, culture, food, and having real conversations with people who live there. I love sharing experiences, exchanging perspectives, and broadening my understanding of the world through these connections. Couchsurfing offers that unique opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and create more authentic, human experiences while traveling.

I’d love to share some of the tips and lessons I’ve picked up through life and my experiences. As a marketing manager, I’m always happy to exchange ideas or offer practical advice on how to market your business or even yourself more effectively. I also enjoy talking about the places I’ve visited and what I’ve learned from my travels every trip has taught me something new. And as a side note, I’m really interested in politics, so I’m always open to learning and sharing perspectives on that too.
