Well, we are a band traveling together to another continents. We love music, and play in Labirinto band since 2003, when me (Muriel) and my husband Erick started the band's activities with our dear bandmates!
Basically, we're people making a lot of efforts to play in new places and countries, mostly because we love to travel, play our music and make new friends.
We're all pretty friendly and nice people ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes we'll be looking for couches, beds, floors, whatever you can offer during our tour. We manly look for helping on our expenses - since we're pretty much independent and we need to use our own money to finance the trip... and meeting new people - which is one of the goals of touring: if you like our music, it's even better, because you can go together with us to our show in your city.

Interests

We are interested in culture in general: music, visual arts, cinema, design, photography... Besides, we love TV series, videogames, riding a bike, watching movies, eating good food (almost the entire band are vegetarians).

Music, Movies, and Books

music - a bunch of stuff! from classical orchestral going to sludge/metal.. :)
movies - geez, so much good stuff. we have this movie club with some friends, we usually watch from really really trash movies to big hollywood productions.
books - nowadays, not much time for it. :(

Teach, Learn, Share

There are two recording engeneers at the band, so if anyone wants some tips about recording, is interested in exchanging some ideas of crazy miking technics, or even interested in learning how an album is made, if you don't know anything about music and would like to know, it's a good subject we can share. We can also give you more information about our beautiful Brazilian culture - which is not only about amazon forest and açai fruit. ;)
