I do my best to live life in a positive world, enjoying yoga, mediating, participating in many forms of fitness, have an interest in health and the enjoy the outdoors. Being an adult on the outside and staying young on the inside. Learning, discovering, seeing new places and having fun are goals I have in life. I've been a badminton player, touch referee and a sprinter when at school. I enjoy and like the idea of a programme called Discovery for teens where I volunteer as a Team Leader. I've enjoyed the Outward Bound experience and have completed by Bachelors in sport and exercise science. Latest new adventure pole exercise, fun and exciting!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on CS to have the opportunity to meet new interesting people who are already a part of their community. Somebody who could possible show me the local sites and share their knowledge of what it is like living in the area.
