About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finishing my master's. Always learn!Staying broad-minded, help wherever I can, reducing my ecological footprint, discover and basically just trying to find my place in this huge planet.

ABOUT ME

Currently I am doing an internship in Tochigi, Japan.
I'm an easy going, open minded person. I love eating together with friends, acquaintances or strangers who are open-minded and also like cooking together, drinking together.
As a passionate learner, I ask a lot of questions, and want to get to know you.
I'm studying Asian studies, especially concentrating on Japan and China. I spent a few years in Okinawa and Beijing, so let me know if you've been there, we can reminiscence together!

PHILOSOPHY

“A certain type of perfection can only be realized through a limitless accumulation of the imperfect.” Murakami Haruki

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Until now I have been surfing only (twice)... kind of a beginner, but I cannot wait to be a host myself hopefully in the near future. Until then, since I live in a sharehouse, I can only offer company and guiding.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few times, and hosted only some of my foreign friends, because I did not have the couch to offer, just a big bed to share.

Interests

Sea, diving, books, Asian cuisine, cinema, party, live music, travel, local culture, hitchhiking, roller coasters, bungee jumping, coffee, tea, ramen, bicycle.
