ABOUT ME

I am an open, energetic and interested person. I am a convinced individualist and I do not like to let myself "pigeon-hole". Some characteristics that describe me, though: creative but also analytic, cosmopolitan, adventurous, impulsive, emotional, but in discussions factual, animal lover, vegetarian, spontaneous, always on the search. People often tell me that I make the impression to be a strong character, however sometimes I am also a little (too) sensitive and easily feel insecure but I am not at all begrudging. I am reliable and a loyal friend. I like to have intense relations to people, but I do not like when other people tell me what I have to do. I am generally outgoing and talkative, but I can also be very quiet and thoughtful sometimes. I have a good relationship with my family although I am kind of the little rebel with my rather alternative opinions.

PHILOSOPHY

At the moment I am trying to be self-determined and doing what is right for me and not for others. I am a great believer in respect and tolerance for other people, their habits and feelings, though. I think if everyone tried to see beyond his own perspective, the world would be a lot more peaceful and happy place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to offer you my couch whenever I can, I want to meet interesting people, also for a coffee, I also love to show people around at my place. And of course I want to travel. My momentary residence is only temporary, but when I will be back in Berlin, I will also get a verification.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do not have much couchsurfing experience yet, as I am a new member. The first couchsurfers I met so far are wonderful persons! I hope to meet more such people in the near future.

兴趣

My passion is travelling, getting to know other cultures and learning languages, things I probably share with most of you. :-) What I also like to do in my free time: singing, dancing (salsa, ballroom dance, streetdance), reading, being creative (I like writing and painting especially), sports (fitness, cycling, swimming, running or walking), being outside in the sun, cooking, meeting friends for a drink, talking, discussing. I am also interested in politics and the environment.

音乐、电影和书籍

I really love interesting stories and people. In literature and movies I prefer fairy tales and fantasy but I also like everything with psychological depth. I like a lot of books, from Oscar Wilde over Jules Verne to Jonathan Safran Foer but also the Harry Potter saga. What I appreciate about TV series are eccentric and interesting characters like for example Dr. House. About music I can only say: I couldn't live without it. I love almost everything from old and modern classical music over classic rock and pop to singer-songwriter music, country, latin music, sometimes Hip Hop and R&B. The only thing I do not like very much is electronic music.

I can teach you a little German, English, French or Spanish. I also could show you some of my favourite recipes and like to learn new recipes and new languages myself.
