ABOUT ME

Just got back from 10 months on the open road in the U.S.A and Europe. After meeting so many amazing CS and non CS'ers along the way i want to be able to give a bit back to the travelling peeps in Sydney.

PHILOSOPHY

I need to feel free. To feel that i always have options and the ability to do anything i set my mind to.

兴趣

First and foremost, it´s music. I like to create it, play it, review it, disect it, analyse it, and, oh yeah .. just listen to it and enjoy it.
I love being outdoors, camping, hiking, watching the sun sink into the sea. Something about peak climbs that i love, there´s always an amazing adventure leading up to reaching the top of a mountain. Just being in beautiful, serene natural environments is soul food for me.
Although i do far too little of it, snowboarding rocks my world. I´m no terrain park guru, but i get by ok. Can´t wait to kick the season off in Norway!!!
When i´m away i can´t go past just grabbing a coffee and watching the world go by with a book and my diary within arms reach.
I´m interested in discovering new people and places, sharing experiences and looking at the world with a fresh set of eyes everyday.
And there is just something about major construction projects that excites me a little.....

Let´s face it... i like boys books. Any thing by Matthew Rielly or Andy McNab have been favourites. Read Man Gone Down by Michael Thomas recently and thought that was well written.
I´m not a huge critic of movies so i will sit, watch and enjoy pretty much anything.

OK, music. I like rock, punk, hip hop, drum´n bass(!!!), folk, jazz classical and everything in between. These are a few of the bands and people that inspire me:

International: 311, red hot chili peppers, tool, deftones, incubus, kings of leon, alexisonfire, scarey kids, system of a down, rage against the machine, NOFX, rise against, bob dylan, the doors, wayne krantz, led zeppelin, frank zappa, steve vai, salmonella dub, dead maus to name but a few.

Australian: karnivool, many machines on nine, kingfisha, butterfly effect, rook, agency dub collective, pez, tzu, the herd, the presets, josh pyke, gitye, john butler trio, the waifs, muscles, frenzal rhomb, again only the tip of a mega gigantic iceberg!!!

Climbing Mt. Fuji in Japan during the night and arriving at the peak in time to watch sunrise was pretty special.
