2020: I've learned a lil bit of permaculture farming in Washington state during 6 month apprenticeship with a local food insecurity activist and bee enthusiasts. I'm now the owner of a nonprofit wellness center in Washington with an online market and soon acquiring farmland as its headquarters. My current apartment is very small but I have a very uncomfortable futon 😅 that will be available in February. Due to CVD19, I cannot accept short and spontaneous stays...only travelers who agree to quarantine with me for 7 days before adventuring my city but I'll give you a preview of what my wellness center provides. 2018-2019: Im a new "empty-nester". My son is now 18 and attending college. I have never traveled internationally and am embarking on an adventure to Italy, Albania, and Greece this year 2019, while also studying and starting my own business. I am on a journey of spiritual awakening: mind, body, spirit and I'm excited to meet new friends along this journey. Traveling abroad both excites and terrifies me but my mission is to overcome my fears, expand my horizons, and grow as a person. I strive to live by love, respect, integrity, forgiveness, consideration, wisdom, etc. Some call me a "hippie". I've been called a "hip-star" (because I've got a touch of swag 😉). Someone even asked if I was a preacher. This I find hilarious! 😂 I only strive to treat others with devine LOVE and kindness. #MissionDee

"The Power of Flow" has been a book that I have referenced since 2007. I enjoyed reading "Becoming" by Michelle Obama, "Eat. Pray. Love." by Elizabeth Gilbert and "Return to Love" by Marriene Williamson. I'm currently studying A Course In Miracles, The Quran, The KJV Bible, and others....I also take many personal online courses in subjects like language, communications, management, emotional intelligence and sahaja meditation.

The Matrix is my all-time favorite, most Marvel Comic movies, The Godfather Trilogy, Get Out, way too many that I love. Current favorite shows: The Walking Dead. Breaking Bad. Vikings. Insecure. Game of Thrones. Punisher. Scandal. Being Mary Jane.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking the year out of my life to travel.

I raised an incredible son and human being alone for 18 years. I've visited Antelope Canyons and Horseshoe Bend in Arizona. White-water rafting and bungee jumping in North Carolina. I've been on the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington. The Alamo in Texas. I've been on a cruise to Mexico. I've been sightseeing in D.C. But going abroad has always been a dream.
