ABOUT ME

It's always hard trying to describe Yourself. Especially if You still want people to get to know You ;) I guess everybody has his or her personal spleens and so do I. But in general I consider myself to be openminded and interested in other people, stories and places. I want to see the world and hope to experience breathtaking moments. (Not breathtaking as in bugee jumping or skydiving, because I'm terribly scared of that ^^)
Some things that I know about myself and that other people usually find out pretty fast:

I
- love my cat (and animals in general. But I'm not allowed to have a pet in my dorm)
- eat all the time (Really, ALL the time)
- couldn't live without books. I feel like there is never enough time for me to read, due to all the other things going on...
- can't dance AT ALL (My friends kind of stopped trying to force me, it's totally hopeless)
- don't smoke or drink
- always dreamed of being able to fly (Well that's nothing people find out fast, but it's still true)
- don't go anywhere without my camera or my other camera
- am addicted to chocolate
- have a very bad memory for names, dates and numbers, this is why I write everything down
- like planning stuff (okay, I don't LIKE it, I desperately NEED to plan stuff :P )
- am a soccer fan (FC Hansa Rostock 4 Ever!!!)
- go diving and swimming whenever I can (I think the greatest experience I had so far, was on seychelles)
- can sit for a long time and just day-dream
- prefer walking (to riding a bike or go by car)
- can't cook (I would LIKE to, though! More recently it got better ^^)
- try to teach myself how to play piano (Unfortunately I don't really find enough time, though)

I guess You just have to meet me and find out more..

I just joined CS while I was in the US, living with a hostfamily, but now I can provide a couch and good company to other people myself.

Books: Soooo many!!!
Movies: Three wishes for Cinderella, A walk to remember, Fried Green Tomatoes, The Breakfast Club... And many more.. Usually no scary or only-action-no-story-movies
Music: many different things
TV: Ally McBeal, NCIS (not the L.A. ones, they're horrible), OC California, The Mentalist... Seriously, since I live alone I started watching way to much tv... I'm working on that :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love landscapes... There are so many beautiful things around us, that we often don't even see... When I saw the sun coming up over the Grand Canyon it felt very special.
