CURRENT MISSION
getting ready to hit the road :)
ABOUT ME
I am 28 year old girl, currently working as analyst. Also I worked as a youth activist and previously I worked in book store. I was alumni coordinator for American Councils for International Education and I was also teaching assistant and volunteer in that institution. 6 years ago I graduated and obtained degree in security and HR management, I have master's degree and right now I am applying for PhD studies abroad.
I really love to travel, I have been in 43 countries so far, and I am proud to say I have friends and pen-pals from all over the world. I am involved in postcrossing - postcards exchange - and I even meet in person some people I got to know on site. I love to exchange postcards and write letters, and I also collect small souvenirs, banknotes, coins, and stamps.

where is a will, there is a way...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am not very experienced in CS, but I am willing to try it :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not a lot, but I did meet a tourists coming to Belgrade and showing the town to them. As we are already too crowded in my home, I am not able to host anyone.
I was hosted in Iran by my friend's friends who are couchsurfers.
I was the exchange student and I lived 10 months in American host family. Also I was staying in Turkey with my friends during my big trip (Bulgaria-Turkey-Georgia-Armenia and back)
Interests
Postcrossing (postcards exchange), snail-mail penpals, collecting souvenirs, stamps, banknotes, coins, maps and of course postcards! I am crazy for postcards!
I love to read, I am a bit nerdy :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled for 3 years with passport of non-existing country and visited 10 countries with it :D
I spent one year in USA as an exchange student, and it is one of the best experiences I had - and I would recommend to everyone to spend at least one semester studying abroad.
I worked as a teaching assistant for American Councils 6 years after my exchange year - it was so interesting to teach teenagers from Serbia and Bosnia who are about to go to an exchange program.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you a lot about Serbia, our culture and language, as well as subjects from my areas of interest. Also I would love to know more about your country - culture, everyday life, history.
