I like visiting new places particularly historical ones I also love lakes, rivers + the sea. Enchanting magical places. I like sitting out on terraces listening to live music. Good food + good company and laughing are some of my favourite things. I think I am easygoing + down to earth.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment I'm not hosting due to renovation work.

I have hosted jammin' (musical sessions. Have had lots of people come + stay at my house, sometimes camping on my land. Meeting up with people for a drink.

Unfortunately, I lost my husband in May 2014. Have recently stopped hosting jammin' sessions, for the moment at least.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went to Barcelona last September on my honeymoon!
Luckily we went to stay with a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome. After some initial shyness, we found that we had lots of things to discuss. They were very interesting + easygoing. I'm so glad that we had a positive experience.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Looked down into mount Etna !
Worked as a cook on an old fishing trawler.I survived a very bad storm standing on the deck while the waves were very nearly licking my face it was scary + very exciting.
