Yo crecí en Nashville, Tennessee USA antes de plantando raíces graves en Austin Texas por 7 años. Recientemente decidí que yo necesitaba un cambio significa en mi vida y salió los estados unidos para aguas inexploradas. Actualmente estoy viajando en Sudamerica con el objetivo que mejorando mi español así que me puedo conectar mejor con locales y sus comunidades que me encuentro a lo largo de mis viajes.

I grew up in Nashville, Tennesee before dropping down some serious roots in Austin, TX for 7 years. Recently I decided that I needed a significant change in my life and I left the US for uncharted waters. I am currently traveling in South America with the goal of improving my spanish so I can better connect with locals and their communities that I interact with along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This site allows people to break down physical and social boundaries and make unique connections with the people who live in the many beautiful cities that I would like to visit. Although there are often many hostels available in a city, I want to pop the bubble and get to know the people of south america.

Aprendiz de todo, maestro de nada. Me gusta mantenerme ocupada y mi lista de intereses cuenta la historia. Me encanta la música, el baile, la natación, senderismo, ciclismo de montaña, navegando y muchos otros.

Jack of all trades, master of none. I like to keep myself busy and my list of interests tells the tale. My current passions are learning spanish, sailing, learning salsa, and getting to know local cultures through both land and sea travel. Other interests are dancing (I'm a beginner salsa dancer), kiteboarding, bicycling, music, reading, and cooking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Despues un año de planificación, un amigo cercano y yo compramos un velero en Florida y lo navegamos ~5000 miles a través de la Caribe de Florida a Trinidad. Una experencia inolvidable, yo apprendí mucho sobre de navegando, el océano voluble, y por supuesto a mí mismo largo de la manera.

After a year of planning, a close friend and I bought a boat in Florda and sailed it ~5000 miles through the Caribbean from FL to Trinidad. An unforgettable experience; I learned a lot about sailing, the fickle ocean, and of course myself along the way.
