ABOUT ME

My life is shaped by travel. Geography and adventure direct me. I love to learn from all around me. I like meeting new people. I am a really outdoorsy, happy person. I love random. I like to smile and to laugh so I try and do that as often as possible.I treeplant out in Northern BC and, in the off-season, study outdoor recreation, parks and tourism. 

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life, love your life. Enjoy the little stuff, work hard, dream big, meet as many different people as you can and open your mind.
Laugh. Learn. Lead. Think and work towards making the world a better place. Have a good time while doing it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am open to a wide range of couchsurfers from people just passing through town and needing a last minute place to crash, to people who want to experience the city a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is awesome!  Because of couchsurfing I have met a ton of really really exceptional people, made friends across the country, learned a lot of new things and had some great educational conversations.  For me CS is a great source of inspiration, always motivating me to try something new and be adventurous. It keeps me free when school tries to box me in.I have been lucky enough to host a number of people in Thunder Bay, as well as surf in Vancouver.  I am looking forward to continuing to building my experience both hosting and surfing. 

兴趣

Practicing French, learning new things, treeplanting, learning about different cultures, dog sledding, sustainability, hiking, climbing, camping, road tripping, dancing! Meeting new people, exploring, reading, writing, music and beer and wine and partying, sewing sock monkeys and lots of other stuff too I cant think of at the moment...I'm not much of a cook but I want to be a better one.  I guess that makes me interested in cooking?

I have worked as a Polar Bear guide in Churchill, ManitobaWhile star gazing in the Mohave dessert I saw a meteorite hit the earth.I have treeplanted in Western Canada for the past 4 summers.
