ABOUT ME

i'm eclectic, adventurous and happy most of the time. i like to have a mix of things on the go, and to try new things whenever i can (even though i'm working 9 to 5 these days). sincerity's nice but i also appreciate a bit of dark humour or sarcasm.

montreal is the only city that's ever really felt like home, but i've lived in a bunch of different places. i've spent lots of time in latin america and have a special place in my heart for el salvador.

i'm often up for doing things on the spur of the moment, whether it's an art show, drunken bowling, a camping trip, exploring markets, whatever. i'm hoping to meet others who like variety and spontaneity :)

i've always been amazed at the generosity of strangers in my travels, and been surprised how easy can be to instantly "click" with people you've just met, in sometimes strange situations. i think it's fantastic that couchsurfers is creating a community, based on this kind of openness to meeting different people and learning from them.
