ABOUT ME

I love ice cream and peanut butter. I'm in a year long study abroad program in France at the moment. I should read more than I do. I really enjoy learning about different cultures. I might be moving to San Francisco or Portland next year. I like to go with the flow. Currently Friday nights slash the entire weekend are spent with friends, singing, partying, laughing about stupid things, going to fairs, visiting nearby cities, or just relaxing. Laughing is probably my favorite thing to do.

PHILOSOPHY

"You see every gesture, every detail as slight as it may be, reveals an infinity of truths and thus has an endless repercussion and grandiose effects. You only have to piss in the sea to make the ocean rise. Don't they say the beating of a butterfly's wings over the Atlantic can cause a hurricane in the Pacific? So feel free to do something stupid, random and ludicrous. That stupid random and ludicrous act can upset the order of the world." I'm a dreamer.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

What am I doing to build this community?Well..currently, not a lot...yet though!! The people who will hopefully let me stay on their couches will first show me how to build this community, to be a good member of couch surfing..that sounded good right? And then when I return to California, I will have a couch to offer. I'm actually very excited about that. The prospect of meeting new people and introducing them to the area I live in! Sounds good to me!

Other than my "personal description" section, I'd say I'm interested in figuring out what I want to do for the rest of my life. Yea..that's kind of important. I'm also very interested in trying new food. And funny people. I like them too. Oh yea..I like t.v. as well. Are you judging me?

Música, películas y libros

Movies: amelie, sixteen candles, pretty woman, whale rider, happenstence, love actually, moulin rouge, the interpreter, before sunrise...the list goes on and on. i like movies.

Music: It's not often that I hear tunes I don't like. For whatever reason. I even like lame music 'cause it makes me laugh!

Books: me talk pretty one day, dispatches from the edge, catcher in the rye, the secret life of bees, to kill a mocking bird, sisterhood of the traveling pants, and uh..a romance novel is good every now and then too. what?! also, text books. and lately a lot of greek mythology.
