About Me

Hey guy's, Iam a geography studnet from Hamburg germany, I like to catch up with friends and also enjoying travelling. I've been to australia for a year and also to south east Asia. Iam open minded and got a passion for sport.
Moving myself is very important for me, Iam trying to push my body to the limit. But I'm also a calm soul, which just like to have seat, enjoying a meal and wine with friends or even strangers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because it connects in a very intense way. To let someone in its home, sharing room, time and experience is the best way, to learn eachothers lifestyle. Only with communication and understanding we are able to rip down the walls intolerance and hate, and I think to invite a stranger or taking the invitation of a strangers to stay in its home is a sign of trust and the first step of true communication.

Interests

Travelling, enjoying nature and people. Catching up with people all over the world, speak and sharing stories.
I'm always trying to connect travelling catching up with people, with my passion to sport.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I actually jumped out of a plane, before I gotta say I'm scared of hights but I'm trying to get this under controll of facing hights again and again.
So back to my storie. After my australien trip I was ready for skydiving. I saved enough money to travell and to jump. So my next destination was Bangkok, in Thailand is the only skydiving base close to bangkok/Pattaya.
I got picked up by my hostel, there were 5 other people in the bus, all with the same goal, jumping out of a plane. 2 of them been jumping before, but they told me what I'm already know, "its absoloutly awesome and unforgettable". Winged by the words of the people they already jumped, I was more exited than nervous, even as we reached the base and we got our equipment and the briefing, I was calm, focused on a dream Iam going to fullfill in the next half an hour. My jumping partner was woman from poland, Petra was her name, she looked confident and was pretty kind. So got in the plane, a small plane maybe 8- 9 meters long, no seats in there. We were sitting on the floor, already linked to our jumping partner. 3 pairs had space in there, plus 3 single jumper. The single jumper were there to support in case of emergency and to record our jumps. As the motor of the plane starts and we were lifting of I got nervous, with every meter I got more nervous, but I kept myself shout and controlled, the single jumper in front of me was trying to tell me something but it was to loud for understanding, so I just smiled and nodded. As we reached 9000 feeds the opened the door to my left, it was so loud and intense, for a moment I forgot to breath and I wasnt able to move. Lucky Petra was literally holding my back, she pushed me the open door forwards and gave me clear instructions. I just was able to react not to act. As I got the sign to let go I did and in the next moment we were falling, it felt like a dream I was in, it was so loud and I was thinking I'm reaching another world in the next moment. Than she pulled the line of the parachute, I got ripped out of this dream and it got quite and calm. I had the feeling I was breathing the first time, before me a beautiful area of lakes, woods and small lines of streets. Everything clear not muddy of a plane window. It was just amazing and I was sure I will do that again. As we got down, she unlinked me and I had to run, to sprint as fast as I can, so much adrenaline I had to compensate and I was overwhelmed, I didnt know what to think and to feel I just wanted to move.
The people were true, its unforgettable and awesome.
