ABOUT ME

Music and dance is my life and what keeps me moving and grooving everyday. I love to travel...mostly to Latin America but I have plans to go many other places too.

I am a singer and mostly sing in spanish, I have a band with my friends back in california and we play a mix of latin music. We play a variety of traditional music from cuba, peru, spain and more. I am one of the vocalists and I also play percussion (bongo and cajon). I also on the side have been learning how to play the cuatro which is a small guitar-like instrument from colombia and venezuela. I also have been studying the guitar and even learning how to sing some songs in portugues!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had an unstable living situation for the past couple years and I have only gotten the chance to host a few times, but I have surfed many times for which I am very thankful!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It hasn't been very long since I i joined the couchsurfing community but I have felt so blessed having made connections with other surfers. Having the chance to experience these exchanges has truly changed the way I see travelling and I am so happy that this exists and is thriving within the travel community.

Intereses

I am interested in travelling and growing as an individual and an artist. Im very obsessed with latin music of all types I especially dig more traditional and folk, afro-latin music is my jam. I also love to dance, I have tried everything from ballet to hula but my top three are flamenco, salsa cubana, and afrocuban

I walked 500 miles across spain all by myself, life after that just made a lot more sense.

I have many skills i would love to share, I can teach you how to dance salsa, how to play latin percussion, and sing you songs.

I am in turn looking for people that could do the same. I am living in Spain and on a mission to learn as much as I can about flamenco. Im currently looking for anyone who would like to play music together.
