About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet new friends and show them around the South Bay.
ABOUT ME
Traveling is awe inspiring. As a kid, I used to spin my globe and imagine I was on a safari in Africa or in a jungle in South America. One day, an older sibling surprised me with my first trip to Europe out of San Jose. What an experience...new sights, new smells, new sounds and new tastes. Coming back home on the plane, I knew that the travel bug bit me and I was hooked. There's just something so great about it...about experiencing our earth. It doesn't even have to be just seeing great monuments or landmarks. Beautiful moments can come from the most simplest things like breaking bread with a local family or watching the sunrise over some distant mosque. In fact, these are probably the moments that have left me with the most impact. It's to realize that life is not what it is back home, to accept that and accept the people that live on our planet. What a rush..it's very humbling and I am left wanting for more...
PHILOSOPHY
The more I travel I realize how we all our one. I was once told my that humanity is like droplets of water dripping from a faucent into a bucket. Each droplet is unique in shape and form, but as they fall into the bucket they become indistinguishable from the other drops and become part of the mass of water. I guess I've really taken this idea on especially now as I get older. It's sometimes hard to see how the same we really all our because differences at the surface level. But forgiveness, humility and love are at the core of our ability to feel oneness with each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing experience I've had was traveling around for 8 months. I took an internship in Istanbul for 3 months and from there backpacked from Armenia to Senegal. I maxed out my credit cards, but it was all worth the experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
Cooking is one of my favorite things to do. I'll definitely share in making Filipino food like Adobo, Sinigang, or Torta.
But other than that, I am very excited about what others have to share.
