About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Blind everyone I meet with a big ol' smile

ABOUT ME

I laugh and smile a lot and generally can find a way to enjoy myself in any situation. I'm relatively outgoing and quick to welcome people into my life.
I love adventures, big or small, and try to create them in every situation possible. Even sucky adventures make great stories late on. I enjoy talking to strangers, petting dogs, swinging on swings, and rolling down hills even though sometimes the grass is prickly and then it hurts.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile as big as you can, talk to everyone, all the time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Bob Dylan, Josh Ritter, Stars, The Shins, Ben Harper, Beck, New Pornographers, and Michael Franti
As for movies, I really like old westerns (Clint Eastwood was a dreamboat) as well as the Princess Bride, Love Actually, and pretty much anything by Quentin Tarantino.
Books: The Power of One, Everything is Illuminated, The Human Stain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once when I was going on a jog I passed a homeless man and I gave him my MP3 player. It just looked like he needed it more than I did and it was one moment in my life that I felt truly and completely selfless and I don't think I have ever felt better.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have read a lot of books so I have a pretty wide library at my disposal and am always willing to share a book or make a recommendation. Same goes with music.
Someone please teach me French.
