About Me

Brazilian, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and living in Munich since April 2014. Even though it is my nationality, I don't feel like I'm 100% Brazilian, but rather a world citizen.

I like to live my life to the fullest, do crazy things, travel without knowing where I will end up.
I live my life without making big plans! Everyday is a new surprise.

I am crazy about exotic and eccentric food!

If there is a sentence that is mine, I would say it is "keine Verschwendung", which means "no waste" haha.. it does not apply only to food, but also to time, money..
better eat a little and then repeat, if needed, than to put a lot of food on your plate and do not eat all of it;
better spend your time and energy on things that matter;
better spend money consciously;

be grateful for what you have achieved in life and of course plan to achieve more!

the rest about me you can find out by yourself :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the philosophy behind Couchsurfing, because it enables me to meet people from other countries and to understand their cultures and to share experiences with them. I like when people think different than me and show me things from another perspective.

Interests

I like sports (surf, skateboard, snowboard, slackline etc), but sometimes I just wanna be lazy.

I like things that are not usual, at least for me. I can be many Larissas in one. I can addapt to many situations, for example go to a fancy party and on the next day to an underground bar, or have a nice conversation with homelesses, rich people, christians, muslims, budists etc..

This is the best way to kill pre-conceived concepts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Sunrise at the top of Mount Batur in Bali
* Volunteer work in a Slum in Rio de Janeiro
* ~70m Bungee Jumping
* scuba diving with big turtles and small nurse-sharks
* scuba diving in a ship wreck in Bali
* surfed a big wave in Brazil
* Hitchhiked to a Music Festival
* on a summer friday I left work around 2pm, it was sunny and the waves were good, then I headed to the beach and surfed for 4hours, watched the sunset from the water and surfed at night. after that I met some friends for a beer and so many people (friends and strangers) joined our table that there was no space for us anymore. It was really warm and around 11:30pm we all decided to go to the beach. When we got there, some friends of mine were having a typical surfer-party at the beach, with DJ, food & drinks for free. We danced till 4am and swimmed in the early morning.
* travelled with approx. 10 friends without a destination, we climbed a small mountain and slept there. On the next day we took a bus and went to another city and slept at the beach. We found a camping place and I bought for 1 Beer a meal from a girl.
