I'm currently going through all of Kazuo Ishiguro's books, but my favourite book ever is The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera.

Books I would recommend: Blink by Malcolm Gladwell, Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer, When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi and Beath of a Salesman by Arthur Miller.
