ABOUT ME

Born on the same day of Charlie Brown and grew up in the middle of a huge collection of CDs and vinyls (and several years later, I took a degree in music history). Always smiling, instinctive, tenacious (I get -almost!- always what I want), perfectionist. I'm not able to say "no" to the opportunities of feeling emotions: that's really the thing that has guided all my life. I have a deep love for animals (cats are my best companions in life) and a "big family" of wonderful friends. Theatre is my life, because it costs less than psychoanalysis (and it's more funny) and I'm often around for concerts, exhibitions and museums. And I really love reading!

PHILOSOPHY

Friendship is a true value for me. My friends' love and solidarity have saved my life, and I'll never be thankful enough to life for being blessed with the presence of such beautiful people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was just arrived in France as fille au pair when my brother told me about this amazing project. I couldn't host at my house so I organized a little meeting on a boring sunday afternoon and I met some interesting people. After this, I joined almost every wednesday evening the "Welsh meetings" in Angers, organized some picnics and other events, surfed a couch in Rennes and Bordeaux. Great opportunities!

Interessi

I'm totally addicted to simple life things, I love to keep in me a kind of "childhood spirit" that let me be amazed by -for exemple- walking through an open air market, watching a sunset on the sea, waking up early and enjoying the silence, feeling like I would never want to finish the book that I'm reading, cooking for the people I love and let them be happy through my dishes, cooking even when I'm alone (yes, I cook everytime and everywhere!), eating a real italian pizza, packing suitcases, coming back home, walking barefoot, writing and receiving postcards, making love, laughing out loud, sleeping with my cats and so, so on...

Moreover, I have some "big" interests:

Theatre

Insegna, impara, condividi

I can teach italian, history of italian art... and many italian recipes, 'cause I love cooking! If anyone is interested in understanding italian culture through cinema, theatre and music, well, I can help you.
I'd like to be able to talk in five (ora maybe more!) different languages: by now, I speak italian, english, french and I can understand spanish (and speak it a very little bit). So... teach me!! ;)
Share... what a beautiful word. I'd love to share my passion for the performing arts, and above all I'd love to share good food with new friends: if we talk and laugh around a table full of things to eat and drink... I'll be happy.

Je peux enseigner l'italien, l'histoire de l'art italienne... et la cuisine italienne, parce que j'adore cuisiner! Si quelqu'un veut connaitre la culture italienne aussi à travers le cinéma, le theatre ou la musique, bon, c'est mon domain donc je peux vous aider.
Je voudrais être capable de parler dans cinq (ou peut-être plus!) langues différentes: maintenant, je parle italien, anglais, français et je peux comprendre l'espagnol (et parler un tout petit peu). Donc... apprends-moi! ;)
Partager... quel beau mot. J'aimerais partager ma passion pour les arts de la scène, et surtout je serais ravie de partager la bonne nourriture avec de nouveaux amis: si on parle et rigole autour d'une table pleine de choses à manger et à boire... je serai heureuse.
