Couchsurfing provides a platform where you can meet and meet up with new people and share the knowledge of their culture.
For me to learn about a different culture is to learn how humanity has been shaped by different landscapes, resources, challenges, experiences and discoveries. Each culture has its history and its resulting worldview.

I also practice yoga and meditation, you cannot control what goes on outside but you can surely control what goes on inside.
