ABOUT ME
There is moment in life which makes you take a significant curve. For me it was the loss of a loved one, Olivier. At first it destroyed a lot, but the path to healing was worth it. It made me jump from the path that I was following for many years, and woke me up to the fact I was - and I am - not probably willing to fit totally to the conventional expectations. Photography has been an important part of this healing process. It started in the beginning as a diary, it becomes my way first to remember, observe, admire, listen, and ask. It helped me to reconnect with myself and my environment. It assisted to question, reflect and express my own fears, doubts and hopes. Slowly it become a crucial tool for me to interrogate human practices and acknowledge the subjective dimensions of each perspective. The human being, its consideration, its integration in the society, and its internal revolution to define its identity. I attempt to use that in order to find more personal and interactive approaches to narration, searching for a delicate balance between a poetic & journalistic approach
