CURRENT MISSION

am in borneo, headed to mumbai and around india for next couple months. my mission is to maintain a decent rate of solid poops, to have some beers, and to work on my magazine, 'derelict!' . All this while meeting good people and making friends.

ABOUT ME

i like fun. most people seem to lack a sense of humor, so i try to seek out those who have one. i like alaska. i wish i could call it my country, but its just my 'state'. i like learning languages and cultures customs. i try to respect other people. laughing is good. beer and friends are also good. i play loud music in a silly band, and sing. i also carpent for a living.

i just joined today(31/1/07)
when im done working in the bush this summer, i would like to have pople stay with my friends and i in alaska. we always meet travelers and let them stay anyway, so here's a way to meet mor3e.

lots of couch surfing, but never through 'couchsurfing', as in not thru this group, yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

so many books. movies, well, i don't like hollywood action or stupid commercial comedy romances. like esoteric mov ies (jodorowsky, ken russel, lynch),anything that makes you think. many types of music. right now-fantomas, the locust, yeah yeah yeahs, slayer, sape music, gustav mahler, neil diamond, manowar, ace of base, the list just goes on and gets sillier.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spent 3 weeks in colca canyon, arequipa, peru, living on other side of canyon with the quechua people. changed the way i view human nature.
