ABOUT ME

I have been a Tibetan Buddhist Priest in the Nyingma, Sakya and Kagyu lineages since 1958, though I am very passionate about all spiritual traditions. I have studied deeply with Christian monks in Alexandria Egypt, Taoist sages at Wu Tai Shan, in China, Mongolian and Buriyat Shamans in Russia and Mongolia, lived in the Himalayas for twelve years. I enjoy teaching Open Heart Meditation. I have been engaged in healing practices, massage therapy (Thai.. Shiatsu..yoga therapy, Reiki Master). Very interested in Wiccan traditions (Gardnerian).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being a Lama, I have very little money, but I often get invited to travel to teach Open Heart Meditation, or to offer healing services. I feel it is better to stay with another person than to stay with the host (Person who invited me)... better boundaries. Couch surfing offers me the opportunity to benefit from staying with someone that I can offer to teach meditation, do healing work, spiritual counseling.... and for this I am grateful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting immortals in the Himalayas. Catching the sunrise this morning. Awakening healing love, seeing the spiritual heart open and blossom with an elderly man I met two days ago.
