About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Recovering from civilisation

ABOUT ME

--only just had access to this profile again after long period due to long lack of internet, so needs updating quite a bit. Gonna be adding a photo in the next day or so, and other stuff--

Squatter, (mostly) vegan, crusty (smell-friendly), accident prone, punk who apparently looks more camp than intimidating. Probably for the best.

PHILOSOPHY

Trying to infringe on the natural world as little as possible, while contributing to the maintenance of this one also as little as possible. Doing my best to reconnect with some of what we all lost with our removal from a natural environment to a sterile one. To understand that life can be adventure and that doesn't have to be the same as mindless hedonism or sticking your head in the sand to all the shit that is happening.
Counting past three is bad and dangerous. The wheel was a bad idea. Tree's talk too. blah, blah, blah.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a communal squat so things have to be agreed on with everyone who lives here before going ahead, but potentially we have space for people to stay quite comfortably (spare rooms, etc). That sorta stuff.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some last year when hitch-hiking across Europe during the summer, but was on a shared profile that no longer exists, so need to sort that out.

Interests

Locks, drawing, reading, sewing, running, exploring abandoned buildings/tunnels/etc, nature, being outside, hiking, camping, being places I shouldn't be, music - Punk/Hardcore/Crust and bad 70´s pop (think Abba...), DIY Culture, zines, eco/anti-civ literature, travelling, hitch-hiking, routing through bins, getting stuff for free, community projects, activism (for lack of a better word), earth first, animals - including people, squatting, fairytales, nihilism, trying to learn french, sometimes drinking, sometimes sobriety.

I know a little about doors and how to open them. Hopefully I'll know more by the time I travel next.
