ABOUT ME

I am an Art-addicted, Puerto Rican Film student that aspires to be an actor and, more importantly, a positive, fulfilled person. I believe in the fundamental importance of respecting and appreciating people for who they are, and embracing the differences that make us unique, both culturally and personally.

PHILOSOPHY

Create and reflect positive energy; expand yourself intellectually and culturally; and learn to love as much as you physically can. Find peace and happiness within yourself so that you may cultivate it in those around you. Truly be your own person, the one You want to be, and respect and appreciate everyone who does the same.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS in the summer of 2011 because I found the concept fascinating and beautiful. I did not participate because I was still a senior in high school but in summer 2012, I accompanied a friend as she hosted surfers twice. Now I am in a study-abroad program from Emerson College that allows 80+ students to live and study in a castle in the Netherlands while travelling on the weekends to different cities for a semester. I hope to surf as much as possible during these months, and, as soon as possible, move into a place where I can host others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have wanted to Couchsurf for a very long time and now I finally can! While I have not been able to host yet, I joined my best friend during the summer on her first hosting experiences.

I am a traveler at heart. I am enamored with cultural diversity and embracing new experiences that expand your horizons and help you grow as a citizen of the world. There are few things I am not open to and I spend most of my time interacting with the people and situations around me, playing with my college Quidditch team, exploring, listening to music, taking pictures, watching Films, studying, and going to the beach (when at home).
